Though Quantum II doesn't begin sales until Oct 1 (it's still in registration mode), I'll move it up to the sales category to help fill out that section.
Also I added Pinnacle Building D. Skyscrapers.com has it at 41 floors, but the urban database doesn't have a listing for it at all.
Post-Edit: Well it appears the Urban Database has added Pinnacle Building D, but it comes in at 117 m/ 386 feet. In other words this tower does not meet the criteria of this list.

Also I think I'm going to move the Ritz from proposed to selling, just because I've seen ads for it in the papers and they seem pretty serious at this point in time.
Plus I don't want this list to remain static for too long.
