What floorplan is your unit?

I went through my color selection earlier this week and was surprised how much the upgrades were. I stuck with the standards and plan to do the upgrades myself at a MUCH lower cost. With the amount of negative comments on workmanship...I don't think I made a bad decision to wait. :)

That's awesome. I haven't received any notification for my colour selection yet and I'm on the 40th Floor. Did they call or send you a letter regarding this?

In most of the washrooms I have seen the sink is at least a few inches from the wall. This kitchen sink is right against it. It would be nice to have a small space from the wall so you would able to put something there. (Suggestion: maybe the amount of space that is right of the stove would have...

I have done PDIs for my parents' home a few years ago and we told them about our concerns. If it is not "as per floor plan" - in this case, the sink should be more centered -they have the duty to make the changes or you do not sign off on it. Make sure you put items like this on your PDI form.

I agree but it looks so odd to have it different from the floor plan and why would they put an electrical socket there? I would tend to think that it would leave some space from the wall.

I just saw the floor plan to that unit. I think your sink should be a bit more centered. It shouldn't be that close to the wall especially with that outlet there. Other than that. It is nice. :)

I would love to see a view towards a North East angle. Hopefully someone can post that? Plz!

I have a unit on the 40th floor of the South Tower and my new move in date is mid January 2010! :mad:

I am assuming that you all bought a condo in the south tower. When are your new scheduled occupancy dates? If you don't mind me asking.:)

Hey all. I just found this forum and it's great to see all the posts here. i just received a letter saying my occupancy date has shifted to October 2009. Anyone thinking it might be delayed beyond that?
