wow I had never looked at the metropolis floor plans but they ARE smaller for the most part. so what sets these buildings apart? are their amenities fancier? will their building have fancier lobbies or hallways?

lol if you guys are willing to drive north of finch, Highland farms is awesome. Great produce, incredible deli/meat/cheese counter, same goes for the bakery, etc.
It's not an expensive place, although it is because you end up buying so many nice things.
this is correct and at this point in time, with the urban sprawl in vaughan and woodbridge, it simply makes the most sense (altho i would love a toronto hockey team in an arena across the street from me). when they extend the spadina line isn't it supposed to go all the way to Vaughan Mills?
i wouldn't be opposed to paying an extra 0.1/sq foot if it meant not paying membership at a gym just to use their squash courts

i highly doubt it. they usually fence of buildings that have gatehouses, but since we do not, what would be the point?
plus IMO i think it would look pretty ugly
