The roof was still not finish when I went by it on Tuesday.
The weather is playing some delay, but it is moving more slowly for some reason.

Roof still not on.
Lane way been rebuilt with concrete being pour this week.
More windows installed.

1 November 2009 photo update
Just before sunset, this building served as a beacon all along St Clair (paving is finally done so no longer a nightmare to drive along this street: whew!) with the sunset glowing off of it. As a mirror, the building succeeds! It's almost bearable....
How soon before ROW is up and running? Soon, by the looks of it:
In anticipation of the opening, lotsa new businesses--especially upscale restaurants--seem to be or about to open.
