Indeed, walked by yesterday AM as it was being loaded onto a truck. Looks like that stage is done now excavation should begin.

I really don't get why there hasn't been a ton more development like this on Bloor considering the subway's been there for 45 years now...

Drove by the site on Friday. Doesn't seem like they've progressed much deeper in the last 2 weeks.

Looking at the April 3 photos and the May 3 photos it doesn't look like very much was done in a month.

The pit was all dried up on Monday.

The whole building from the southwest. Brick podium with precast quoining for floors 1-6, glass and steel and setbacks for floors 7-12. High ground floor retail. Umm, spot on Quadrangle, nicely done.

A detail of the corner at Bloor and Indian. Is that a gelateria in there? I vote 'yes' on this artist's impression. (Go Designstor!)

and check out the fitness room...

and move outside to the terrace. It seems they've been partying all night, because that is sunrise.

This looks good, looks (almost) downtown-Mozo good! A great addition to that stretch of Bloor West and area.

I haven't checked out the site in a few weeks. Hows the progress? Are they any deeper?
