Looks alright. Not what i was hoping for. Why can't some developer come along and do something creative with balcony placements like we are seeing in other parts of the world. Would it be too hard to stagger balconies to create different shapes and textures?

The balconies on those projects are staggered and they look great. I'm just looking for some different examples which create patterns. Check out some Libeskind proposals for some of his condos.
i would love to see a round building with balconies staggered to give the impression of a spiral.

If you erase the address right after panorama/ you can see other pages. A full profile of the exterior of the building is nowhere to be found though.
It appears that it has a podium of seven stories, which certainly fits in with the buildings built along that stretch.
