One interesting thing. There's only one elevator stack for this entire building. I would have thought seperate elevators for the north and south end. If you come up the elevators and need to go to the south end of the building you're basically walking from Bloor to Hayden!

The tower is primarily on the north end of the lot anyway, so I don't think there will be that much walking.

Now that the forms have come off the first couple floors you can start to appreciate the massing of the podium along Yonge. It's very strong, but also not overbearing. With the right cladding this could be a gem.

Most likely waiting for the Yonge shuttlebus given the subway shutdown? Besides, people in a queue tend to face towards the head of the line...

Well, you could just block him. Then you wouldn't have to see his crappy jokes, and we wouldn't have to read 4 posts plus this one. Your post in response, and the 3 follow up posts, followed by this post advising you to block him ;)

UD goes trekking in the snow to get some updates, and instead of being thankful for his pictures and all his other contributions to this forum, you want to reprimand him for a joke that you didn't find funny? Go ahead, block him; you'll only lose about 50% of the updates on this forum
