I wouldn't hold my breath for any Bazis projects ~
 
What does 'building it themselves' mean? Grandma's in the kitchen mixing up the mortar? Just because the name Bazis is on the crane does not make them a Mom & Pop corporation.

I'm not sure what this means for the project, but a Quesada Mexican Grill is moving into the lower level of the complex of restaurants here.
