Metrolinx ignored the naming feedback, apparently:

The surface stop names might not be finalized yet.

Just be careful, if you have a foolish councillor by the name of: Mammolitti, Karygiannis, or De Baeremaeker, it's probably best not to e-mail them.

I'd never email them.
I'll send some emails to councillors along the route tomorrow morning. Anyone want to join me?

Lets start a class action email spree.
I'll be our legal representation. Just note that I charge a very high fee. You gotta pay if you want the best
I have a few more of those little streetcars. How many would you like?
Certainly not very helpful to have a station name called "Eglinton" when the entire route is along Eglinton. They can't even keep their naming conventions consistent. If Yonge & Eglinton is "Eglinton" because it's an existing subway station then why isn't Allen and Eglinton "Eglinton West"? If anything Yonge & Eglinton should be "Yonge". Either you use the existing subway station name or you use the cross street name, but not one of each.
Spadina station (on Line 1) should be renamed "Annex" or "Kendal" or "Lowther" and be done with it.We wouldn't name a station "Spadina" on the Spadina subway line! Confusion would reign supreme!
