The Vic St. treatment is perhaps one of the very worst things I've seen go up in Toronto in the last decade. I actually can't think of anything worse.

I want to say yet again that the Victoria St. side is a monstrosity. I feel sorry for all those Ryerson students.

I actually think that the Victoria St. side, with its massive massing, is quite o.k., although we will need to wait for the finished product to know for sure...

doesn't seem to be much more shadows than from a medium-sized office building...overall, not too shabby looking, the glass is awesome!
