I was very surprised to see that my monthly maintenance fees are $467 (1+1, parking, locker). I expected it to be much lower since it is a new building. Anyone else unpleasantly surprised by this? Any chance it will go down?

Try cleaning it with vinegar?? It worked for me! I have the white counters though so the marks are less noticeable.

Okay I'm really sorry everyone, for likely spreading false information.... On further examination, I believe it was the acidic vomit that I was cleaning up with the Mr. Clean which caused the damage....... that said, marble is apparently very fragile and hard to care for :/

TIFU by using multipurpose cleaner (Mr. Clean) on the marble flooring in the washroom. Basically left a bunch of etch marks and I'm so upset! Does anyone have any recommendations as to how I can fix this issue? Or know any professionals? Otherwise, consider this a PSA to all the other noobs out...

My occupancy date is also set for January 13th. I received my PDI report via email a week ago, after I emailed fortunecare@onni.com inquiring about it. I think someone else had a similar experience. I would suggest you do the same!
