    Good. They were having Financing problems since they bought the place. I hope someone reputable picks this up but that probably means a redesign and all the purchasers get refunded but I am glad there is finally some action coming for this site, in a long time.

    Only other project I know they have completed in the office building on Leslie/W. Beaver Creek where the sales office is. Drove by this site yesterday, this is a total POS. I didn't have time to take photos but the Renderings almost make this misleading by how victimized my eyes feel.

    Excellent. I did think that was the reason Empire theaters left. Cineplex moving to Empress and not having two theaters so close is OK by me, I've never found either really busy on their own.

    Let go of Rob Ford's crack pipe - This thing's architectural appeal is equivalent to a gyro after being digested. I've tried Folia, it's pretty meh. Lou's may be the oldest "non-chic" place on the danforth for gyros but definitely the best food.

    This is severely ugly. And I'm (Obviously) not a fan of the architect. She designs inefficient and architecturally raunchy structures. However, Lou's a few doors down has the best Gyros in Toronto.

    Looks like same project. Not sure on the finishes though, hopefully they will make some new renderings or atleast confirm the old ones. Big reason this wasn't sold/built earlier was issues with the permit.

    Shiu Pong recently purchased the SE Corner of Huron/College. It seems to be about third of an Acre and currently has a freestanding building consisting of storefronts and apartments. Don't know if the building is historical. Interesting to see a proposal

    K-Market is as commercially appealing as K-Mart was. Its interesting to walk through and I used to stop at the European Market for the best meats. This is a great development project and area is great with a lot of potential (I had 335 College tied up before). Interested to see how sales will be.

    Complete nonsense. The Market should determine what should go here, not because of special interest for Arbitrary Traditionalism. If it's such a bad idea, they shouldn't worry about people shopping at Loblaws.

    KRG Insurance Brokers bought the property about a year ago. If they get this to work, this will set a big precedent for the whole business park and an excellent buy for them. Hallmark Cards building will be a heavily sought after site.

    Brad Lamb currently does own the site, he closed on it a little more than 2 years ago. He also bought 296 King St same time and previously bought 298 King - so he will have a nice corner development here in the future. FYI - The Toronto Community Housing building next to this assembly does not...
