I love the Wellington but for watching sports, I find the TV's are usually located in the wrong spots and they are often too small. The Welly is my destination of choice especially in the summer. I guess a pub is better than another nightclub or fancy restaurant i'll never go to.

The top looks so clumsy and unplanned. If they had continued with the same windows all the way up, it would have looked much better. Those top couple floors just ruin it. See what I mean?

Looks like Tridel has been getting a deal on boring, opague cladding. Yuk. I guarantee this building will look worse in 15 years than the majority of 60's buildings in this area.

The glass on the Fairmont is much nicer than Tiff. If Menkes had gone with large pieces of glass to match the seamless nature of the balconies, we'd have a winner. As it stands, the regular windows look a little too busy compared to the slick balconies.
