Did you guys notice they are building a new video screen at the Atrium on Bay? I usually only go to Dundas Square on the weekends, sometimes. Maybe one of you guys can confirm.

300 million can't just disappear off the books. Especially in downtown Toronto. It has approval, it will be built in some form or the other.

I was walking down Yonge Street with my bud on the weekend. I told him I thought this condo would be a stunner. He mentioned to me it looked like it would have some really nice retail attached as well.

Doesn't the WTC spire also include transmission as well. It can be architectural and functional and still count. Just not purely functional.

Some have suggested this will be the beginning of top down construction. With the retail levels built above while the underfootings for the tower are constructed underneath.

Nothing to do with the black power class' ability to do urban planning, of course. Atlanta like in much of the United States is a city built for cars not people really.

While Atlanta may "suck" (urban form/layout) it is one of the few cities in the States with a real black power class. And that is saying something.
