Black voters might save PA from going red.

After the Nice attack, "it's a world war scenario now"--World War 2.5 or 3.0?

Trump and O'Reilly agree that "we are in a world war scenario." Trump: "...I have been saying it for a long time."

RNC top brass had to explain to Trump why Don King couldn't speak at convention: he stomped a man to death.

Melania Trump for prison 2016!

http://www.bbc.com/news/election-us-2016-36832095

It seemed to go so well for Melania Trump - she had delegates on their feet at the start and cheering wildly in approval by the end.

But hours later, as her words spread on social media, attention turned to the authenticity of her speech - and to the words of another aspiring First Lady.

What Republican delegates will make of the associations with Michelle and Barack Obama - so vehemently hated by so many Trump supporters - will undoubtedly feature in discussions over the coming days in Cleveland.

Can't wait to see what's on the agenda today...

Here is a list of some of the things that happened at the first day of the Republican convention:

As expected, Republicans are defending the indefensible. Here are just some of their lame excuses.

"93% of the speech is completely different than Michelle Obama's speech" - governor Chris Christie

"there were speech similarities only because Melania used 'common words' " - Trump campaign manager

"Melania is being unfairly treated by the media. She did a tremendous job last night" - Trump campaign manager

"there's no word by word" - Trump campaign manager

"this concept that Michelle Obama invented the English language is absurd" - Trump spokeswoman

"any notion that she picked up portions of Mrs Obama's speech is just absurd" - Trump campaign manager

"Melania used common phrases used by Kid Rock, John Legend, Public Enemy, Akon, House of Pain"
- RNC chief strategist

Those are some pretty disgusting figures. It makes me ashamed to have been born with the same colour of skin as those fascist white Trump supporters.

This whole election is one big unveiling of what America really is. Why is this even allowed? People should know that they should NOT be allowed to vote for a candidate who is racist, anti-Semitic, anti-black, homophobic and sexist. If you vote for somebody like that please don't be surprised if you get treated like him.

I always hated the Republican party but it hit rock bottom now. This party should NOT be even allowed to run a presidential candidate because if you can't present a tolerant and progressive candidate you should be excluded from the elections.
