Is there a way to calculate how much available parking capacity they have at night with all the detours/closures?

It is already known that there isn't enough room to park the fleet overnight that all routes are to see streetcar night service compart to the past that there was either no service or buses were used. Even after the Hillcrest yard gets built, overnight service using streetcar will continue on all lines.

One needs to visit Russell and Roncesvalles yards to see how many cars can fit a track. Russell only currently has 1/3 of the yard available unless they have strung the area that has been rebuilt and using it. It wasn't strung when I saw it a month or so ago and the tracker is only showing the westside is being used.

The exhibition loop has 6 spots at this time to store cars, but will loose it when the next section or the last section of the Gardiner rebuilt takes place. The last section will be for the north side and not allowing cars to be park there over night.

Could we just not and let them deliver at whatever speed until we can just impose some contract penalties? It's not as if the TTC is making maximum use of the fleet they have. $47M is a lot of money and while I'd prefer we get them all, after the way they screwed us on initial delivery can't see why the City/TTC should agree to this.
That what you get going sole supplier and job protection. Then writing tenders and contracts with no real penalties clause in then as well enforcing them.

4623 was off laded today, meaning 1/3 of the new fleet is now on site.

4622 in the service bay at Leslie and will be move shortly over to Russell for SWITCH work before entering service around July 24

4622 has enter service late this afternoon on 503 and not the first time a car has entre service late in the day

4623 been out testing the last 2 days.

As I post this, 4623 has resumed testing since late last week and no idea if has gone back to zero for burn in and testing. It been in out of the service bay and time on the repair line in the yard.

It now heading east on Queen.

It hard to say when 4624 will show with holidays happen these days and can't recall what TB does for holidays.
