Those are the only ones due now and no word on 4471 & 78 if they have left Thunder Bay yet. Almost 3 years when they were lost. They will be the youngest ones in the fleet until the next 60 start to arrive. when they show up.
130 days for 4423, 126 days for 4424 and 113 for 4428 with 113 getting back to the new turn around dates.

Definitely not. The legacy Flexity Outlook streetcars are 2.54 m (8 ft 4 in) in width and a track gauge of 1,495 mm, while the Eglinton Flexity Freedom light rail vehicles are 2.65 m (8 ft 8 in) wide with a track gauge of 1,435 mm.

I'd think the colour (or lack of it) would be a bigger give away myself. However I believe the source only said they were Flexity cars, not the colour, or if they were 5 inches wider or not.

Would the bought off Bombardier create new streetcars that look like the current streetcars, even though of course the wheels would have to be customized for Toronto tracks.

4442 was loaded on Aug 3 onto a transporter that had been sitting at Hillcrest since July 16 and was pickup by CP on Friday. Not the first time cars have sat for days waiting to be pickup by CP.
Until CP removes 4442, they cannot delivery 4423 and 4424 to be off loaded. 4423 was drop off on Friday and most likely off loaded Monday. 4424 will be off loaded this week as well.
What cars will take their place on the other transporter is unknown at this time, but 4432, 4433, 4436 and 4441 still need to be ship as well 4443-4466.
4402 is the next car to reenter service, but hasn't been tracking for the last 3 days after arriving June 29 (38 days)
4428 is the next car to arrive shortly

4442 was finally removed on Friday to allow 4423 to be pace at the dock for off loading the same day. 4423 was off loaded on Tuesday Aug 10 with 4446 taking 4423 spot on the car. Don't know if 4446 been picked up and if 4424 been place at the dock to be off loaded.
Been 45 days since 4402 arrived that should be the next car to re-enter service with 4420 at 38 days and 4424 at 25 days. 4402 seams to have issues and was missing for a number of days.
These are the only legal shots I could get of Bombardier Transport Canada Inc La Pocatière QC Plant now own By Alstom, as any other shots would have to be illegal unless invited on site or with a drone

That should be 4446 that was loaded Aug 10 at Hillcrest to be sent to Quebec for weld repairs.
It took 4423 spot on the flat that was off loaded Aug 10.
4424 was off loaded Aug 17 and 4450 too its spot to go to Quebec.
4420 that arrived on July 6 from Quebec is sitting at Roncesvalles yard ready to re-enter service on Thursdays after 44 days
4402 that arrived on June 29 still not ready to re-enter service after 51 days
4422 That arrived on July 19 is still not ready to re-enter service after 31 days.
4428 is over due for arrival at 129 days with 4429 at 102 days, 4430 at 100 days and 4431 at 92 days.
4466 is at Hillcrest for work after hitting or hit by another Flexity

It been 138 days since 4428 was loaded onto a flat and is at Hillcrest to be off loaded this week.

4402 been in Russel yard close to a week and has yet to re-enter service after 70 days since it was off loaded. It now has enter service on 501 for Sept 7.
4420 been in and out of Roncesvalles various bays since it was shipped there a few weeks ago. Been here 63 days
4422 has only been here 50 days with it been in and out of the service bays at Leslie.
4423 been in and out of the Leslie service bays the past 28 days.
4424 been here only 21 days so far.
4429 was loaded 126 days ago for QC and turn around going backup again
4430 was loaded 124 days ago.
4431 was loaded 104 days ago
4440 was loaded 147 days ago
4442 was loaded 35 days ago
4446 was loaded 18 days ago
4450 was loaded 20 days ago
4453 was loaded 7 days ago
