The middle crane is for the podium while the far one is helping out with Phase II.

I was walking on Fort York Blvd today and saw that the St Mary's Cement plant is almost demolished. I assume their new plant in the 'concrete campus' at Commissioners and Leslie is now open and operational.

The area looks better already!

I wonder how many of the buildings being built around the dt area are clients of theirs.

Now instead of just transporting the cement several blocks, it's coming all the way from Commissioners/Leslie. So much for going 'green' and reducing carbon footprints.

This tower look'in real good and that area of Lakeshore is becoming very dense looking.

Great pictures - thanks for posting them. Just counting up all the floors and unless I'm mistaken, they look as though they are working on the top floor - 36th of 36 !!

I'm enjoying watching this tower get built. You Phase 1 Buyers must be excited to see the progress. Are you still expecting a late 2009 completion?
