I think current tentative occupancy date is Oct 2024 not Oct 2025. But it always changes. Let’s hope it won’t delay beyond Q12025.

Yes.. Thats great news.. I mentioned before .. Once they start pouring concrete .. Consider it done meaning the Foundation and next stages will be easy .. The hard tasks of the garage is done.. When i was talking to the engineer last year he told me that.... Will be upside now

Fair enough. The building at the back seems slow to me. Just one block has gotten to the second floor. Although they have done the foundation for 3/4 other blocks
