Though I hope the moats will be done, and the link (with art work) runniing below the plaza that links them too, unless work starts again very soon this will not happen. Were they working on the building renovations or on fitting out the York food court and the restaurant in Great Hall.? (If the latter they are, presumably, working for new tenants.)
The latter. I wasn't in the food court area, but going past the Bay Concourse via the moat and Bay West Teamway. Might have been a dozen hardhatted guys along that stretch.
