Looks like the Shoppers Drug new location open later than plan. The rest of the medical place is still open in the old location as the new area in the new location is not ready yet.
The first phase should be a full grade by the end of May.
Excavation is underway where the old sales office was located.
The sales office should be open in May as work is still taking place on it as well landscaping.
Not much parking for MD with the sale is located now. I assuming once the medical unites move out of the old Shoppers location, it and the other building will be torn down with some of the land being use for parking.

how many floors is the building which is under construction going to be? and what floor number are they at? Really wish that stupid Shoppers was another building.

The first phase, ending up at 20 floors it appears, has topped out. The second phase is under construction and will be 25floors and they just finished shoring, and it will also contain the shoppers once complete. The third is the one that will be where the parking lot is on Duffering where the McD's is I beleive and it is going to market this fall. Hope that helps.

It may be faux brick but this project is going to do wonders for the area, which is probably one of the more depressing parts of the city. Can't wait to see the day everything from Dufferin to the Allen Expressway is redeveloped along with the Lawrence-Allen Revitalization project. At some point, even those houses south of Yorkdale Mall will be replaced.

Oct 12: This project has miss the mark by 10,000's of miles if was to represent Italy. Not even close to Italian buildings. Another oh hum buildings project.
