I've always felt this site would be perfect for something huge and iconic, it's a fantastic location too. What we'll get will most likely be filler that simply blends with its surroundings.

What we are getting is perfectly fine. And Bay Street comes one step closer to healing itself from all the parking lots that once ran most of the length of the street.

Those are the original RAW design. Then RAW changed the design significantly. Now IBI Group is at the helm.
