Now if that north east corner gets rebuilt, the area has change for the better. Once Gladstone get rebuilt, it will even look better. Lets hope something plan for Peel.

Is this another district that's all grey? How many does that make in this city? When was grey made Toronto's official colour? I never got the memo but obviously developers did. (and so did investors/buyers)

1 Peel has enclosed the steel frame since Streetcar wasn't willing to pay the asking price for it as well the remaining buildings north of Twenty Condo.

I will be very surprise to see Metro open this year, as its still an empty shell now.
