Despite the fact that the design is crap, at least the materials on the podium are attractive.
But brace yourselves for the window wall plastered with massive amounts of spandrel glass. I looked through the drawing set and it's full of unspeakable horrors.

Hence my dammit, earlier. They're raising expectations now, as a brief flirtation I suspect, before a spandrel (and mullion?) slap to the face.

To @modernizt's point, it's worth noting that save the small window on the below suite and the two existing slits (for suites 'The Chiswick' and 'The Hampton'), the entire north and south facades outside of the stone and punched windows on the podium are proposed as grey spandrel...
