Something about this development irrationally bugs me: I conjecture it's a combination of my having little regard for this building before it was redeveloped, the stuffy 'British' branding of what's to come, and crude shell of a structure that's been shown to belie the Sutton Place.

Just grinds my gears.

They have also started pouring concrete for the upper floors they are adding atop the existing building.
