All this is trivial no? Once the later stages of this very development go up they'll hold the title for quite some time (299m) unless we get a supertall in Niagara or Lower Don Lands area

I don't think Phase 2 will be up for a while. Probably 6 or 7 years from no?

I never realized how huge these columns were, they look around the same size as The One's.

The type of window opening (outward flaps) add some nice animation to the facades. This is really shaping up to be a pleasant surprise given how little was shared in terms of renders / plans and its proximity to sour product Daniels Waterfront... hopefully the public realm pushes it further and adds some warmth or whimsy.

See, this is why we need balconies in Toronto. Even if you have spectacular views, you can't take pictures through those flaps - you can only take snaps from behind glasses - they'd better be spotless
