When are they gonna work on the park. It's been like this for months with barely any movement.

I will be VERY surprised to see significant work on the park until the excavation(s) are finished and all the site services are installed, if then. Have we actually even seen any plans or renderings or public consultations? (I think not.)
Building a park before doing the work adjacent to it is likely to see the new park being dug up again. Similar to fact that the North St Lawrence Market needed to be finished before the upgrade of Market Lane Park could begin - in that case the tender call has just gone out.
