Whatever's going on with the balcony glass it already looks terrible. Hopefully somebody in the development team see what we all see and makes a change before it goes too far. Pixilation as design was always a bad choice.

I think it's too early to tell whether this is a success or failure. The pattern / super graphic still needs to emerge.

I can see balcony colours starting to emerge on the building's facade in the photos up above. I guess it's going to to have a similar look like the E Condo tower in Midtown Toronto.

Anyways, this project so far hasn't fallen through my low expectations - and honestly the tower portion is very "going through the motion", in the established Toronto/South Core sense of the word.

I find myself more interested in the design of the upcoming park instead.

I dunno about these balconies. I appreciate the bold contrast in tone, but that flat grey. It’s hard to be optimistic about that.

If one's to find a silver lining it's that flat grey is a lot better than 'toothpaste green', a colour choice that''s found its way into countless Toronto high-rises.
