its a pic I found on the net a few years ago...and ya, Calgary city council just approved the road closures necessary to fast-track the Bow, 10 months from July and much of the work will be done, but really its a shame they reduced the height, was it because of lack of sales? or something else?

The Bow was reduced from 810 ft. to 774 ft. (1 floor off) due to shadowing concerns over the bow river a few clock from the tower.

Award-winning II BY IV to design Trump Toronto interiors
TORONTO, May 10 /CNW/ - Talon International Development Inc. announced
today that award-winning Toronto-based interior design firm II BY IV has
joined the Trump International Hotel & Tower, Toronto development team.
II BY IV will be responsible for designing interiors that live up to the
extraordinarily high standards of luxurious quality, elegance and exclusivity
expected of a Trump property.
"It is a special pleasure to add II BY IV to our team," said Mr. Val
Levitan, President and CEO of Talon International Development Inc. "They
simply 'get' our vision of what a five-star luxury hotel and residential
living experience should be - and also share a solid appreciation for the
operations side of the property."
II BY IV Design partner Keith Rushbrook feels Talon chose II BY IV
because they made a focused effort to help realize Talon's goals for the Tower
and understand the sophisticated, international guests and residents who,
ultimately, will enjoy the spaces that II BY IV will create.
"We look forward to creating spectacular lobbies that provide guests and
residents with remarkable arrival experiences - and equally, to providing
comfortable and attractive spaces with an extraordinary sense of intimacy and
character," said Mr. Rushbrook. "We will ensure that the Tower's spaces have
that distinctive Trump signature that will say: 'You have arrived!'"
II BY IV's work demonstrates an expert interpretation of current and
emerging consumer lifestyles, attitudes, and expectations, applied to the
design of retail, hospitality, commercial and special-purpose interiors. The
firm's award-winning work can be seen throughout Canada, the U.S. and the
Caribbean. In all arenas, their credo is "design magically; think
practically."
Located in the heart of Toronto's financial and entertainment districts,
the $500-million Trump International Hotel & Tower, Toronto, will be one of
the tallest residential buildings in Canada when completed.
Remaining hotel condominium suites are currently priced from CAD $819,000
