Yeah. It's amazing the way how Kitchener-esque it looks a few blocks east of Yonge. Hard to believe.

I am hoping the eventual lot assembly there takes places between the church and Imperial, leaving Imperial alone.
Hopefully with Ryerson as the lot-assembler.

Lol, yea I’m surprised that place is still around. Used to go there after class for cheap drinks and pool. Was never overly crowded. I wonder if it looks any different now than it did 15 years ago.
