Yes that rendering was circulated before the planning board meeting where balcony design issue was discussed. Pemberton, could you share details of what we can expect to see?

Excavation started a couple days ago (Monday 14 Jan) with delivery of equipment and excavation along the sidewalk.

that's not excavation, likely just removing demolished materials and replacing with soil in advance of the shoring rigs.
