I thought similar but am still hopeful for an end of September opening which is bad enough but still technically meet the "September Opening"

They are installing metal light poles outside along the Bremner perimeter. There are 3 what appears to be digital projectors at the top (they look too high tech to be just plain spotlights). Or maybe they are high-tech spotlights I am anxious to see the lighting of this place. Hope it will have the wow factor.
