Thanks for the updates in this and other threads Atlantis.

Pretty boring, but I guess it wouldn't figure very prominently with how it's hemmed in on both sides.

... Maybe I'm just becoming apathetic to it all.
 
Very forgettable glass cladding... thankfully this won't be too visable sandwiched between two relatively tall buildings.

Glad to see the pace of RCMI start to pick up as this is one of the slowest projects going these days. Cladding aside, this building will be great for the neighbourhood (liven up Uni after dark) and an important parking precedent in our city.
 
While the cladding is nothing out of the ordinary, for this neighbourhood it is. I get the feeling it's going to be different enough from the surrounding buildings to stand out.

That's how I feel about it. There's really nothing clad like it around it, and I'm pleasantly surprised how "black" it's coming out. Could look quite sleek once completed.
 
1.5 floors in the 7 days since the photos posted by Atlantis. They are certainly making up for all the time lost on the lower floors. If I counted correctly, they are on 25.
