Is there a reason it is moving so slowly compared to other projects? does it have to do with the narrow footprint of the property?

That and it's going up between 2 other high rise office buildings and right near a main subway line. Have to be extra careful with what you're doing. You don't have full reign of the crane like you do in Southcore.

So we should expect the same headache from Theatre Park? at least til it clears its low rise neighbours...

Theatre Park is different in the fact that the tallest building beside it is only 6-7 stories, and it's not located right on a subway line. It most likely will be slow going with the crane until it clears its neighbours too though.
 
All purchasers received notice last week that the Interim Occupancy Date has been moved from November 2012 to January 2014.

No surprise to anyone who has been watching this project move along at a snail's pace...
