My mom and I are both new construction geeks and it's a major thing that we talk about (although she doesn't have an account on here). I think because we had simple means growing up that new developments became free entertainment. That, and grandpa worked in construction on so many projects around town that it stuck to this day.
To see the acres and acres of parking lots disappear down here is truly amazing.

I get the suspicious feeling that some cladding work will be starting any day now. With the tower already so tall, I cant see why they would wait much longer. If anyone knows to the contrary or if cladding has already begun I'd live to find out.
