This and the Post House site was a private parking lot previously. What a great change and what great urbanity.

Very nice. I like that public art.
Hopefully that space can be animated with some flowers and greenery. I know there's a parking garage under there, but even a single tree would enhance the space. Ivy would work too.

The courtyard seems somewhat uninspired. The pavement and retaining walls are cheap poured concrete. The new architecture on the podium facing the courtyard is mundane and disposable.
