The black spandrel panels (and possibly darker-black tinted-glass) make a world of difference. Success Tower is actually mildly Success-ful in my opinion.

The above are some shots from the Pinnacle Success Tower this weekend, most were taken above the 25th floor. To make things interesting i would love to hear which one is your favorite.... the most popular photo will go on my daily blog this Wednesday.

cheers

It's hard to pick one, they're all great. 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8 are my favorates. 4, 5 & 6 with the Gardiner seemingly running under the building, and 7 & 8 with the city beyond the newly constructed walls. In the end, probably photo 7 would be my favorate.

absolutely amazing shots. My favorite is #4 because of the excellent use of shadows and colour.

Great work, tomms

Great pictures tomms! my favorite is the second to last...the Gardner appears as graceful ribbons of concrete interwoven with the tall towers sprouting around it. I hope it never gets torn down.

Great pics!
Just as an aside... The highway corridor facing directly into one's condo unit makes for damaging energy. Definitely a negative force in Feng Shui.

#7 is totally killer

#9 by a wide margin. I've seen the same old lame old views of Toronto for many years. That's the first time I realized what the Westin HC really looked like; it's very stark, and looks beautiful in your shot. The view of the water, the islands, that really represents what Toronto's harbourfront should really be about.

You need an agent--Stephen Bulger?

I agree completely with everything you said. The ferry turning and centering between the two towers is a marvelous touch.
