Anyone have any Recent Photo Updates of this project? If you have some to share!

If someone had an update it probably would have been posted! Thread bumps of that nature can often make for some cranky forumers

I missed this update until now, somehow.

Thanks for the updates, guys. Can't wait to see this one rise... probably my most anticipated residential project in the city!

Likewise! I can't think of a better place to build this building. The view down Beverley should be very cool in about two years with this in sight

Crappy cell phone shots and at night...but at least this one is at ground level and heading skyward. I will be following Picasso closely this year as one of my favourite new projects.

Can't wait to see this thing rise. In terms of building envelope and response to the Toronto climate, it's going to be very different than our typical Toronto window-wall tower.

Does anyone know if Picasso is using the same rain-screen system as the Teeple-designed TCHC project on Richmond East?

It's still hard for me to believe that a project this interesting and engaging is indeed under construction. It's surreal. This will a landmark in the truest sense of the word. I have no doubt that years from now this tower (and Theatre Park) will be what people visually associate with the Entertainment District. Everything else will be background noise.

Considering how much people on this forum complain about all the glass boxes going up in this city, it's a mystery to me how little attention this project has received.
