Dude. I'm a university student, living at a friends house in a different city, who's interested in buildings.
I'm not even sure the exact implication here but I do not appreciate it nonetheless. I'm here because I love buildings not because I have some vested interests or investments and making blanket and untrue statements that are so far from reality is really not cool or appreciated.

This is a travesty. The amount and placement of spandrel and mullions, the skimping on precast. The bar has been lowered yet again.

It's worse than that. At least window wall from those years tended to have window tints that matched the seafoam spandrel.

This is so depressing to look at. A terrible building that absolutely cheapened out (in both materials and in design) in such a prominent part of the city. There ought to be a law!!
