…and in fact there are two arches with residences above them at that complex, called Grand Harbour, (in Mimico, not New Toronto, to be specific).

Not quite the same as at CityPlace, as the Grand Harbour arches (and above) were built in place, not lifted after assembly at ground level.

Finally, there are two more residential bridge structures coming to town soon of course at Waterlink at Pier 27, which should be just as spectacular, if not so high in the sky.

One of the arches at Grand Harbour is little more than a hole in the tower however, I could see the other's framework being lifted into place.
