Anyone know what the cladding is on the Arts and Cultural Centre? It's tough to tell from the render.

The first bit of cladding has just gone up on to the arts centre. Check it out in this update video. It's a silvery metallic cladding with white window trim.

Do we have any information / renderings for the TCHC building at about 1:45-1:55 in Torontovibe's vid above? It's the parcel to the west of Paintbox.

The tower is looking great, with that extra-fortified base.

Unfortunately, it's looking like the Arts Centre has had a visit from the bad cladding fairy.

Yes, aluminum siding. Oh dear.

Yes, Paintbox is looking quite nice. Looking sharp with the dark cladding, even with spandrel it's not bad. The Arts Centre is looking rather awful though, that aluminium siding is going to look dated quickly, and age horribly.
