After someone leases it and does the buildout. I'd be surprised if it were leased before Riva del Lago is built net door. It won't be particularly appealing to eat there until that construction is done.

I'd bet more like a couple of years… if not a triple of years. No one ever says "a triple of". Is that proper English?

Anyway, not that I'd want to hold up a lease on that space, but still…

Yesterday. No commercial building facing Lake Shore Blvd. yet, and no restaurant in the base across from Humber Bay Park yet (I think that may not go in until Monarch's Riva del Lago is complete next door), but otherwise Ocean Club looks 99% done now.

Nice pictures, hopefully there are some good shops/restaurants coming in the near future.
 
not my favourite building ever but definitely one of the ones that stands out down here. Its nice to see something that isnt all the same boring colour of glass and balcony rows. Top 3 for this area in my opinion... also in response to an above comment Laura Secord IS a hero. Before she was chocolate's she was saving this country.
