The bridge lives to see another day.
we sure aren't baltimore! (sorry, too soon but had to)
Only this new one will remain then eventually another halfway down towards Don Roadway. I don’t have info on this, just seen it in many plans and renders of Villiers. Also is this bridge being replaced or will new cherry be the only one?
Erecting Destruction!
Cherry St BBQ is still thereHow long do you reckon it'll take before residential gets built?
On a side note, I'll miss Cherry St BBQ
2021 Census puts Toronto's average household size at 2.4, so despite @Northern Light 's good context, that's puts you at that target (if 9,000 units is correct). And that was before the housing market fully tipped into new territory.9,000 units at what- 1.5 per unit = 13,500?
As mentioned prior, shovels in the ground at the end of the decade- occupancy in 2031How long do you reckon it'll take before residential gets built?

A good point, for sure. The City's backgrounder on the 2021 census does not break it down, but confirms a continued downward trend amongst all households. using an average percentage vs city-wide rates, my calculation is 1.98, so a little lower, but still 16,800-17,800 residents.Important to weight unit size/type into the calculation:
I don't have the 2021 data handy, but 2016 is here:
