The base is blocked by the Hummingbird Centre in the main rendering for a reason. It's a shame it didn't turn out as planned.

Y r these toronto architects failing at the ground level soo miserably. I really don't get it. Do they need an extra course on how to make things attractive and appealing to the eyes for pedestrians? I'm not an engineer or an architect and I know this simple concept.

I wonder how blinds are going to work on those units with the slanted windows. They sure will get hot in the summer!

Blinds can be put on a guided track to conform to the shape/slant of a window. Curtains would be an issue though.
