Does anyone know why cladding installation has almost stopped for the last bit on the North side. Are they waiting on something that is preventing them from moving forward or do they have to finish everything on the other three sides first?

That view from the north side has been like that for a while.

Of course -- City Hall! Although I suppose one could argue that it is more "retro-futurism".

True - then again, it's a project with little impact on the skyline proper. A good chunk of the towers proposed in Westcore (Oxford Place, Mirvish Gehry, University Ave/Station road projects) and the 1 Yonge project will really add the to Sci-Fi feel.
