so i don't know how they're going about construction but it seems like the units in the south aren't as developed. you can see all the units on the right side (all the way to the top) still have a lot of work to be done

I believe the hoist is located on the south side, so these are the hoist suites. The hoist will need to come down before these suites can be ready for occupancy

It's not unfortunate. Balconies are not great for energy efficiency and in most cases tend to be very under-used spaces (though admittedly the people that love them, love them a lot).
 
My "FIRM" occupancy date has been delayed from January 26 to February 15.
I highly suspect that it will be delayed again, because the building and the public space inside it appear far from completion.
What do you guys think?

yeah it's hard to say. I see the lobby and landscaping still have a lot of work to be done. I have seen condos be occupied before these are fully complete but keep us updated!

Did you receive a further delay notice?
 
Did anyone Lawer contact you for signing occupancy yet? I still waiting.and my occupancy date still Feb15.
