Hi everyone. I am renting across the building so if you have any questions about how construction is going, feel free to ask me! I also have a unit in this condo. I will post recent pictures below to show everyone the construction

so i don't know how they're going about construction but it seems like the units in the south aren't as developed. you can see all the units on the right side (all the way to the top) still have a lot of work to be done

I believe the hoist is located on the south side, so these are the hoist suites. The hoist will need to come down before these suites can be ready for occupancy

Today they started on removing the hoist. Looks like they'll be working on the south units soon!

This is south-west corner but this project doesn't have balconies, only Juliet balconies unfortunately.

It's not unfortunate. Balconies are not great for energy efficiency and in most cases tend to be very under-used spaces (though admittedly the people that love them, love them a lot).

Can anybody get inside the building to take some pictures of the lobby and other facilities? Thanks!
My occupancy is on Feb 15th but I am highly suspect if everything is completed and ready for use.

Photo taken tonight. They added the chandelier and removed the wall, floor and the concierge table covers. It's looking pretty good.

The bike room at Ivy seems ill-conceived i.e. on the ground floor with access directly to the street and giant windows that allow anyone to look-in and see exactly what's on offer.
