There is one for ICE that been there for some time. The one for this site is further west and at the south edge.

The ICE crane has been there for weeks now. There was another crane up this morning, further west.

Then it went up after I was there or yesterday as there was no equiment on the site at 3 pm on the 19.

Off topic....its mind boggling how they will be able to fit a 50 storey structure in that triangular piece of land (120 Harbour) south of Infinity-Ice/Gardiner. Anyways nice pic c4u.
