It looks like they want 3 floors off the main tower but are willing to add the 3 floors to the water tower. This will create craziness when
it comes time to move people who have bought units from one tower to the next. Do you think Empire will go for this or fight for the original plan.

I doubt it,, there is always a plan-b when they market such a large development....also they should be so lucky to get 63 floors here

I'm still learning about the approvals process...so basically the final say is on Feb 4 at the OMB?

there is a pre-hearing on Dec 16th and the OMB hearing starts Feb 3, 2014

It's likely that the OMB will be informed on the 16th that a hearing will likely no longer be necessary pending the expected approval at City Council.

I haven't checked into this thread for awhile, but reading that 63 stories was approved for the tallest building is pretty awesome for HBS!
