Thanks for the great pictures.

Just wondering why they built the "temporary sales office" there? Seems a total waste of money.
 
The temporary sales office is just a tent essentially, (quite a good one), so it would not have taken that many sales to cover its cost.

How long have they been marketing the shorter tower as "Waterfront Condos"? Saw it today in Condo Guide; Seems they finally came to their senses and ditched the label "Water Tower".

I can't wait to see these two buildings go up. It will really anchor the entrance of the Humber River with its height and beauty.
 
Does anybody know why the delay. Have they not sold enough units?
They must still have lots of units unsold for such a large Sales Center.
I am disappointed to wait another 4 years to move in.

The taller tower is well over 80% sold out. The 49storey tower I'm not sure tbh. But I believe it's over 50% . The company told me they are breaking ground in 2nd quarter 2015 , will be above ground by Q2 2016 and topped off by the end of 2017. Move in dates start in spring 2018 which gives them time to finish the inside. Makes sense.
