I'm long on the record having no issues at all with it. I wish there were more commercial, but we can't mandate that, so here we are.

I personally don't find it that attractive. The glass is fine, but I can't think of a less appealing multi-res 200m+ building in Toronto currently, when thinking of its peers. Also once this gets the maple leafs on it, does it go from forgettable to unforgettable in an unfortunate way?
To its credit, in person I didn't find it slightly better.

I have a strong aversion to 90% of the high-rises in that part of town (west of Skydome). Soul destroying. Some, obviously, like that aesthetic as loads have chosen to live there.
